But this story goes beyond a business project. Solidere is an intimate tribute to his grandfather, born in the heart of Beirut, and to his mother, who passed on her love for Lebanese culture and cuisine since he was a child. She taught him the culinary secrets and the art of sharing, the pillars that shape Solidere today. Her legacy lives on in every recipe, in every carefully served dish, in every corner of the restaurant.

For over 10 years, Solidere has grown with the same family that founded it and with an exceptional human team. A key part of the success has been the native chefs, with whom Basem has worked from the beginning to build a menu faithful to traditional recipes, but always adapted to our customers' tastes.
